Marssun Electronics Co., LTD. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the mobile application NUVAXS (“the App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account Information
When you create or sign in to an account, we collect identifiers such as your email address or username for authentication and support.

Device and Diagnostic Information
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash logs and technical data (device type, OS version, app version) to help us maintain app stability.

Camera and Microphone Access
NUVAXS requests access to the camera and microphone to enable live video streaming, recording, and snapshot capture. No audio or video is transmitted to us unless you initiate streaming through your own NVR or camera system.

Photo Library Access
The App may request permission to read or save photos when you upload, export, or store camera images.

Location Data
Location access (both “When In Use” and “Always”) may be requested to discover nearby NVR devices or provide location-based recommendations. Location data stays on your device and is not stored on our servers.

Local Network Access
NUVAXS scans the local network to detect compatible NVR devices on the same Wi-Fi network. This data never leaves your local network.

Notifications
We may send push notifications (e.g., motion alerts, system updates, or account notifications). You can disable notifications in your device settings.


2. How We Use the Information

We use collected information to:
- Provide core NVR functionality and connectivity.
- Maintain and improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Diagnose and fix crashes or bugs.
- Send optional security or system alerts.
- Respond to user requests and support inquiries.


3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Limited diagnostic data may be shared with Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) for the sole purpose of crash analysis.

We may disclose data only when required by law or to protect our legal rights.


4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
However, no transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.


5. Your Choices
- Permissions: You can revoke camera, microphone, location, or notification permissions in your device settings at any time.
- Account Deletion: You may request account deletion or data removal by contacting support@marssun.com.
- Notifications: You can opt out of push notifications in iOS Settings.


6. Children’s Privacy

NUVAXS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If we learn that we have unintentionally collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.


7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
